Restaurant Manager
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualities:
- Experience Managing a restaurant
- Hospitality degree graduate or work placement gap year
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Organization skills. A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work unsupervised
- A willingness to learn
- Excellent written/spoken English
- Knowledge of Hotel Systems/operations and standard operating procedures beneficial
- Ability to lead a restaurant service team.
- Ability to motivate staff.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, becoming the Marketing /Host/ of the restaurant
- Flexible with the schedule.
