We are looking for candidates who have an F&B service background to be:

Restaurant Manager

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualities:
  • Experience Managing a restaurant
  • Hospitality degree graduate or work placement gap year
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Organization skills. A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent written/spoken English
  • Knowledge of Hotel Systems/operations and standard operating procedures beneficial
  • Ability to lead a restaurant service team.
  • Ability to motivate staff.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, becoming the Marketing /Host/ of the restaurant
  • Flexible with the schedule.
