Requirements
- Male (1 & 2)
- Diploma in Culinary Management required (1 & 2)
- Previously Sous Chef experience (1) . Have similar experience / have training or daily worker experience.(2).
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage production, goal setting and performance management (1).
- Strong organizational and administration skills (1).
- Confident in costing menus and stock controlling, understanding of all kitchen budgets (1).
- Confident in recruiting, training, managing and motivating a back-of-house team (1).
- Strong communication skills with a good level of English (1).
- Ability to work in a team (1.2).
- Ability to work flexible hours (1.2).
